Everything that goes into every single jar
- PVA glue (polyvinyl acetate)The non-toxic base of all our slimes. Safe, water-soluble, and used in school classrooms all over the world.
- Sodium tetraborate (borax solution)Used in a very dilute, safe concentration as the activator. The same compound found in many laundry and cleaning products.
- Shaving foam / whipped soapGives our slimes that fluffy, cloud-like texture and helps create the satisfying bubble structure.
- Food-grade colourantsWe only use food-grade dyes and pigments, the same kind used in cake decorating and children's crafts.
- Cosmetic-grade glitterSkin-safe, non-toxic polyester glitter approved for cosmetic use. Sparkling without scratching.
- Fragrance oilsPhthalate-free, skin-safe fragrance oils. Tested to IFRA standards. No parabens, no synthetic musks.
- Contact lens solutionUsed as a gentle secondary activator in some recipes. Contains boric acid and sodium borate, completely safe at these levels.
- Baby lotion / moisturiserA tiny amount keeps slime soft and stretchy, and makes it kinder on little hands.
All Bubble Slime products are intended for ages 5 and up. As with all craft materials, adult supervision is recommended for younger children. Slime is not edible, so please wash hands after play. If irritation occurs, stop using it and rinse with water.
